No matter how powerful a car might be, but it will not serve any purpose if it does not have any quantity of petrol. Man is an engine that is stopped without love.
The society needs the love of God. Love is what brings forgiveness. Prophesy can end, science can end, money can end, but the love of God can never end, can never wear out, can never fade, never get tired, never hates. We need the love of God in our lives. Today, the engine that can move the world which is needed is the love of God. We should not have the spirit of religion or christianism but the spirit of the love of God.
Where there is God, there is love, compassion, peace, justice, obedience, hope, the power of sharing, no condemnation. One can have the gift of different types but without love, there is no value. We should not do things with pride or for people to see us but rather with the love of God.
God gave us freedom not to be use for our selfish purpose but to be use with His love. ”And walk in love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling aroma” – Ephesian 5 : 2. ”Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life” – Jude 21.
God called us and place His love on us which He expect us to use to bless others because love gives.
Lord, thank You for being the center point of our lives. Thank You for loving us and giving us Your love. Help us to love others as You have loved us. Help us to always show love instead of bitterness to our neighbors in the name of Jesus Christ.
