‘It is with heavy heart and deep sadness that we mourn the passing away of Ajay Mody, also known as Ajaytao, blogger of “Ajaytao2010” and the “Ajaytao Botanical Photography” blogs. He left this world on the 10th August 2014 after a short illness at his home in Mumbai, India.‘
I stare at the screen in shock while I read these words on the blog of my friend Vijay.

Each time I think I have a handle on my grief I come across another loving tribute to Ajay. It is so beautiful and he would be so humbled by it all. Thank you for sharing this. Blessings upon you and welcome back from vacation. I hope you enjoyed yourself.

Tina, from the innermost part of my heart, I felt his absence more than one can imagine. If it was possible, I would have been posting his materials everyday. We have to thank God for the opportunity He gave him to touch many lives around the globe. There is a saying which says that, there are things money cannot buy. He has left a legacy of love, encouragement and inspiration to many in the blogging and outside the world. At times, I continue to imagine if it is real that he is gone. The only thing that reminds me is that his posts no longer come. We have to start getting use to his absence.
