Two friends went on a visit to a foreign land and when they got there, they were surprise to see many people walking on bare foot. One of them said to the other, how poor is this country and the other said, how rich is this country. When they have completed their time of visit, they returned back to their country. The one who said how rich is this country went to a shoe manufacturing factory and ordered for pares of shows and took them back to the country they have visited and sold them and became a multimillionaire while the other remain the same level he were before and their trip. Both were seeing the same situation but from different point of view. One was able to transform negative situation to become a multimillionaire while the other could only see how poor the country was.

God has given us all we need to transform every negative things around us to positive and blessing to glorify His name. How are you transforming those negative things around you into blessings? You should not always see things in a negative way because it is the negative that you are seeing lies the hidden treasure. At times, we don’t see the blessing of God because we are use to settling down for already made blessings. We should train ourselves for difficult things instead of simple things. There is a common saying which says that, ”give a man a fish, you have only fed him for one day. Teach a man to fish and you have fed him for a lifetime”.

At times, it is the fear of failure that deprive us from venturing difficult things. But we should not forget what Jesus said, ”These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulations, but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world” -John 16 : 33.

Father, I thank You for whom you have make us to become. Give us the grace to see the hidden treasures that is in the difficult or negative things around us in Jesus name.
