Paul said in Philippians 3 : 13 – 14 ”Brethren, i do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing i do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead. I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus”.

In verse 15 he said ” therefore let us as many as mature have this mind and if in anything you think otherwise, God will reveal even this to us.”

We should forget our past so that the weight of the past cannot continue to weigh us down and to enable us focus on what God has for us in future.

Your past is gone and you cannot do anything about it. Focus in the present and your future.

  1. You bet. That was then. This is now. Saved by grace, mercy and not of my own miserable self. Thank GOD that He is willing to love me…I am so unlovable only He could do it. 🙂

Thank you so much for your support. Yes, He will love you more than you can imagine. The only thing you have to do is to be submissive to Him not with 99.9% but 100% in every area of your life and you will come out and become a great testimony to the glory of His name. He has done it for others so He can still do it for you because He love you no matter how you look at yourself. I pray that He give you the strength that you need to find Him. More of His blessings to you my friend. Have a blessed week.

  2. Amen! Thank you for this word Henry!
